Designed to awaken the senses, with a deeper focus on each sense, using forest bathing, mindfulness and compassion practices, art, poetry and words, we will explore a sense of belonging and our reciprocal relationship with nature. Giving you a greater sense of connection, practices and rhythms from our natural selves as our human bodies and nervous systems were designed to operate. Improving a sense of concentration, sleep quality, helping relieve anxiety and wondering thoughts, reducing stress. Develop tools, habits and routines that support you, develop resilience and self compassion all whilst learning from nature.
